Raised in Louisiana, where a love of food, hospitality, and culture runs deep, Sydni Hébert grew up surrounded by the art of gathering. Years in Charleston and Dallas refined that foundation, shaping a perspective rooted in taste and ease. With over a decade spent in fine dining as a sommelier, wine buyer, and lifelong student of good taste, she built The Polished Palate Travel Company from the same passion for detail and the belief that travel, like hospitality, should feel personal and effortless.
Her approach is calm and intuitive, guided by food, design, and the rhythm of a place. Working with trusted global partners, she plans trips that flow with thoughtful tables, seamless transfers, unhurried pacing, and moments that unfold naturally.
